SHIPPING POLICY

Renude (“we” and “us”) is the operator of https://drinkrenude.com/ (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are established to ensure mutual protection and to set clear service expectations for our partnership in health.
1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. We maintain highly accurate inventory data; however, occasionally, a stock discrepancy may occur. In the event that we are unable to fulfill all items in your purchase at the time of order, we will fulfill the available products and contact you immediately. You will have the option to either await restocking of the backordered item or receive a refund for the unavailable portion of your order.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase. This calculated rate represents the final shipping cost to the customer.
All subscription orders ship free of charge.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Transit Time Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2 – 7 business days once dispatched. We ship from California- expect longer transit times for delivery addresses on the east coast.
3.3 Dispatch Timeline Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our fulfillment operations run Monday – Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. While our warehouse is closed on holidays, we take proactive steps to ensure any resulting delays are kept to an absolute minimum. Please allow for longer shipping times between Christmas and New Years.
3.4 Change of Delivery Address We can process delivery address changes at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once the package has left our facility, we are unable to redirect it.
3.5 P.O. Box & Military Addresses Renude proudly ships to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS. Please note that private courier services are generally unavailable for these specific destination types.
3.6 Out of Stock Items If an order contains an out-of-stock item, we will reserve the existing items in your order and wait for the remaining stock to become available before dispatching the complete shipment.
3.7 Delivery Time Exceeded If your shipment has not arrived within the forecasted timeframe, please contact us immediately so we may conduct a formal investigation with the carrier.
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment based on the latest real-time updates provided by the shipping provider.
5. Parcels Lost or Damaged In Transit
If a parcel arrives with visible damage, we recommend rejecting the parcel from the courier if possible and contacting our support team. If the parcel was delivered in your absence and is damaged, please reach out to support@drinkrenude.com with photos of the packaging for further instructions.
If your parcel is lost, please wait at least one day before reaching out to us. Packages are often recovered in the first 1-3 days after being delivered to the wrong address. If Renude deems a replacement parcel is necessary, it will not ship until 8 business days after the original delivery date.
6. Duties & Taxes
6.1 Sales Tax Applicable sales tax is applied to the price of goods as displayed on the website and collected at checkout.
6.2 Import Duties & Taxes International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These costs are determined by local authorities. Renude encourages customers to be aware of these potential costs before placing an international order.
Should you refuse to pay duties or taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Renude at the customer's expense. In this instance, the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods, minus the cost of the return shipping and the original shipping fee.
7. Cancellations
We accept cancellations at any time prior to the order being dispatched. If the order has already been processed and handed to the carrier, please refer to our separate Return & Refund policy.
8. Insurance & Claims
UPS Packages are insured for $100- The receiver may file a claim with UPS if the package is lost or damaged.
