RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Renude. We take immense pride in the quality and efficacy of our functional superfood blends. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to provide a fair resolution.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

  • Company: (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Renude, 8149 Santa Monica Blvd. Ste #500, West Hollywood, CA 90046.

  • Goods: Refers to the items offered for sale on our Website (Chagaccino, Chaga Matcha, Reishi Cacao, Collagen Crush, etc.).

  • Orders: A request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service: Refers to the Website https://drinkrenude.com.

2. Our 30-day Guarantee

We stand behind our blends and want you to love what’s in your mug. If something isn’t working out, we offer a 30-day guarantee for first-time purchases of our Superfood Latte blends (Chagaccino, Chaga Matcha, Reishi Cacao, Collagen Crush).

3. Conditions for Returns

To ensure the health and safety of our community and the integrity of our inventory, Goods are only eligible for return if:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The Goods remain in their original packaging, are unused, and are factory-sealed.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods that have been unsealed after delivery, as they are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

  • The supply of Goods which, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • Any Goods that are clearly personalized or made to your specific specifications.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods purchased on "Sale" or as part of a clearance event cannot be refunded (unless required by applicable law).

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

4. Returning Goods

If you need to make a return, please email us at support@drinkrenude.com before sending the return. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please ship returns to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Consequently, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without physical receipt of the Goods or valid proof of received return delivery.

5. Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned, sealed product is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the original gift giver.
